
Ham Cheese and Asparagus Crepes
What You Need
- 8 prepared french style crepes
- 8 slices of ham
- 8 slices of swiss cheese
- 16 asparagus spears, trimmed
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 Tbsp dijon mustard
- 1 1/2 tsp honey
- 1 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp black pepper

What You Do
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Lightly spray a baking sheet with booking spray. Set aside.
Place the crepe on the work surface. Place ham, cheese, and 2 asparagus spears to one side of the crepe. Roll and place seam side down on the baking sheet. Repeat with remaining crepes.
Place crepes in the oven for 15 minutes and prepare the sauce.
In a small saucepan, add cream, mustard, and honey. Cook on medium low and allow the sauce to thicken for 10 minutes. Stir frequently to prevent scorching. Whisk in the cheese and pepper. Turn heat to low and whisk while the crepes finish cooking.
Remove crepes from the oven and plate. Drizzle with creamy dijon sauce and serve.
