Ham and Asparagus Biscuits

What You Need

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuits (8 biscuits)
  • 1 cup chopped thin deli ham
  • 1 cup finely chopped asparagus
  • 1 ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 3 tbsp melted butter
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder

What You Do

Preheat oven to 350℉. Grease a muffin pan with cooking spray.

Separate the biscuits and flatten one with your hands. Reserve ¼ cup of the cheese for topping. Add ⅛ of the amount of the ham, asparagus, and cheese. Fold back to a biscuit shape and place in the greased muffin tin. Repeat with remaining biscuits. 

Whisk garlic powder into the butter. Brush each biscuit with butter and top with a little cheese.

Bake for 12-14 minutes. The biscuits should rise and be golden brown. Remove from the oven and serve.
