Asparagus Spinach and Artichoke Dip
What You Need
- 8 oz plain cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
- ⅔ cup sour cream
- 1.4 oz packet dry vegetable soup mix (I suggest Knorr’s)
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 14 oz can artichoke hearts, rinsed, drained and chopped
- 2 green onions, sliced and chopped
- ⅔ cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- ⅔ finely chopped fresh asparagus

What You Do
In a medium bowl, mix together cream cheese, parmesan cheese, and sour cream. Mix till smooth and add the soup mix and pepper.
Next, add the green onions, artichokes, spinach, and asparagus. Mix till evenly distributed. Place in the fridge and chill for 4 hours.
Serve.
