Did you know? Michigan is the top asparagus grower in the country! We can thank our sandy loam soil found mainly along the west coast of the state for our corner on the market. This sandy type of soil provides structure that allows the plant to grow vertically quickly and provides dense nutrients that help asparagus flourish.
Our delicious Michigan Asparagus is available at a variety of grocery stores, farmer’s markets, and other food distributors.
