Fresh Asparagus
What You Do
Trim the ends of the asparagus so the stalks will neatly fit into the air fryer. How much you trime depends on the size of your air fryer.
Place trimmed asparagus into a bowl. Add oil, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and paprika. Toss to coat.
Lay a piece of bacon horizontally on your work space. Place 4-5 stalks of asparagus on the right end of the bacon. Carefully roll the bacon around the asparagus. Repeat with remaining asparagus. You will end with 4-5 bundles depending on the thickness of the asparagus.
Evenly top the bacon with brown sugar. Lightly spray the air fryer with cooking spray. Place the bundles in the airfryer with the seam of the bacon on the bottom.
Close and cook at 360°F for 15 minutes. Remove and enjoy.
