Fresh Asparagus

What You Do

Wash fresh asparagus and dry completely. Trim ends.

On a small baking tray, drizzle asparagus with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, sea salt and ground pepper. Gently toss to coat.

For best results, marinate 10 to 20 minutes.

Preheat air fryer to 375°F.

Line asparagus in single layer in air fryer. Do not overlap. (If using a smaller basket style air fryer, cook in two batches)

Cook at 375°F for 4 to 6 minutes, depending upon thickness of asparagus.

Top with feta crumbles and serve immediately with lemon wedges, if desired.

Notes:

If you do not have an air fryer, you can roast in the oven at 425°F for 10 to 12 minutes.
Letting asparagus marinate isn’t required but produces more flavorful results.
