Air Fryer Garlic Butter Steak and Asparagus Bites
What You Need
- 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite sized pieces
- 1/2 lb fresh asparagus, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
For butter sauce:
- 3 tbsp salted butter
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp minced parsley

Fresh Asparagus
What You Do
Pre-heat air fryer to 400°F for 5 minutes.
While the air fryer pre-heats season the steak and asparagus. In a large bowl, add the steak and asparagus. Toss in olive oil, salt, pepper, sugar, paprika, pepper flakes, and garlic powder.
Place steak and asparagus in the air fryer basket. Air fryer for 4 minutes at 400°F, toss, and air fryer for an additional 4 minutes.
While steak and asparagus cook, make the butter sauce. Melt butter in a saucepan, add garlic and cook until fragrant. Add pepper flakes and parsley.
Remove steak and asparagus from the air fryer. Place on a serving dish. Pour butter over the top and serve.
