Sheet Pan Lemon Garlic Shrimp & Asparagus
What You Need
- 1lb medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1lb Michigan Asparagus, woody ends trimmed
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- Juice of half a lemon
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tsp. Old Bay seasoning

What You Do
Preheat oven to 400°F. Place the shrimp and asparagus on the baking sheet.
In a small bowl, mix the remaining ingredients.
Pour the butter mixture onto the asparagus and shrimp and toss to coat.
Cook for 10-12 minutes or until shrimp are cooked through.
After removing the shrimp and asparagus from the oven, pour the juices from the bottom of the pan onto the shrimp.
