Roasted Garlic Butter Asparagus
What You Need
- 1 lb fresh asparagus, trimmed
- 1 ½ tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- 4 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 minced garlic clove

What You Do
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
Place asparagus on a baking sheet. Drizzle olive oil and turn to coat. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
While asparagus cooks, mix the melted butter with the minced garlic (you can substitute for ½ tsp garlic powder).
After 7 minutes remove asparagus from the oven. Brush asparagus with the garlic butter. Return to the oven and cook for an additional 3 minutes.
Serve.
